1. Abstracts are to be submitted online only. No abstracts shall be accepted as a email, Fax,
Hard copies etc.
2. Each Presenter can submit 2 Physical/ E-Posters out of which 1 can get selected based on
the evaluation scores.
3. Th presenter must be a Ratified Member of VOS to contest for an award.
4. The posters will be evaluated and only selected top posters will be given chance to submit
physical poster during the annual conference.
5. If he / she is not a ratified member, the poster can be presented by the member BUT WILL NOT
BE considered for evaluation of any VOS award.
6. He / she has to register for the conference
7. He / she has to be physically present for the evaluation of the physical poster. Failing which the poster would NOT be considered for the Award.
8. The authors of E-poster need not be physically present at the E-poster/ Video display terminal.
9. E-poster should consist of a maximum of 12 Microsoft Power point slides on a plain background without pattern or dark colours with no video clips or animation files.
10. Institution / hospital affiliation and doctor’s name in the title or abstract should not be mentioned and will lead to automatic rejection.
