VIDEO SUBMISSION FORM
GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Abstracts are to be submitted online only. No abstracts shall be accepted as a email, Fax, Hard
copies etc.
2. Each PRESENTING AUTHOR can submit 2 videos out of which 1 can get selected based on the
evaluation scores.
3. A Video can have one presenting author and upto 3 co-authors. ( 4 authors in total )
4. All authors should be Members of the VOS. (either ratified or non-ratified)
5. One of the above 4 authors can be the presenting author of the Video
6. He / she (which can be any of the 4 authors) MUST BE A RATIFIED MEMBER OF VOS to contest for an award.
7. If he / she is not a ratified member, the video can be presented by the member BUT WILL NOT BE considered for evaluation of any VOS award.
8. Award will be given to the Presenting Author.
9. He / she has to register for the conference
10. Institution / hospital affiliation and doctor’s name in the title or abstract should not be mentioned and will lead to automatic rejection.
11. Schedule of 6 minutes for presentation of the video in MPEG and 2 minutes for discussion.
Abstract specific Guidelines
Abstract Title
The title of the abstract SHOULD NOT exceed 100 characters (including spaces).
Abstract body
The abstract body SHOULD NOT exceed 1000 characters (including spaces).

• Results
• Conclusion
GUIDELINES FOR VIDEO PRESENTATION:
1. You cannot upload a video directly,. So you need to upload a video via a medium like YouTube or
google drive and paste the link in the text box provided in the form.
• If you are giving a Google Drive link, then you can also add the link by giving access to the drive.
• Alternatively, you could copy the same on a pen drive and courier / deliver the same to the Scientific Committee chairman’s office :
(Address: Sheevam Netralaya 6th floor, AV Medicare Chhatrapati Square Wardha Road, Nagpur – 440015) along with the names of the Authors and the title of the video, before 6 PM on 15th December 2025.
